Sthandwa Nzuza has featured in numerious television shows as a guest star. She has been in famous sitcoms such as Single Galz and Perfect Family and the popular drama series Mtunzini.com.

In 2014 Sthandwa Nzuza appeared as a guest on an edition of Zaziwa, a music conversation show on SABC1. In 2017 she had a leading role in the hit telefilm Imbeloko.

In 2019, Sthandwa played a role in a recurring role on eHostela, a Mzansi Magic drama series. She played the role of Innocentia in season three of the popular drama series Uzalo. On March 13, 2017, she made her first appearance on the third season’s twenty-sixth episode.

In the following year, in 2018, Sthandwa Nzuza returned to the show to reprise her role in season four. She also portrayed Nomvula in the Mzansi Magic drama series, Ifalakhe.

Sthandwa Nzuza also works as a disc jockey on the radio. She is a DJ for the central radio station Ukhozi FM, where she has worked for almost a decade. After she left the radio station in March 2019, acting came calling.
