Bucy Radebe began singing when she was only 3 years old. This is because she was born in a musical family. In 1997 she joined the Mafumbuka Primary School choral choir at the age of 10.

Bucy became a member of her church youth choir AFM (House of Praise in Mabopane). She also participated in all the musical activities held in church. In 2007, she joined Kopano Chorus and Opera Africa in 2008. Bucy also did productions including Aida, Princes Magogo, La-Bohem, La-traviata, Carmen, Requiem CMass and Ziyankomo.

In 2012, Bucy Radebe sang at the SA’s Youth Awards under the leadership of Joel Maphosa. In the same year, she began working with Tebs David. Tebs introduced her and some other vocalists to Apostle Solly Mahlangu of whom. From 2013 till date, they have appeared as his backup vocalists. With Solly Mahlangu, Bucy has travelled to and minister in various other African countries including Zimbabwe, Swaziland, Botswana, Lesotho, Tanzania, Kenya and Rwanda. She also contributed backing vocals to Takie’s first album “Realibua Jesu”. She has also worked with Mmatema Moremi, Ntate Mahlangu, and Zaza.

Bucy was recruited to be part of Spirit of Praise 7 choir in 2018. She decided to begin her solo career in 2019. Later that year in November, she began recording her debut album “Spiritual Encounter” and released it in 2020.
