Sophie Ndaba’s career began after she completed high school in Zimbabwe and began modeling. She made her television debut on the series ‘Class of 92’. Sophie then landed supporting roles in Thlaranthlophe and Yizo Yizo 1. She later scored cameo roles in Egoli and Soul City.

Sophie Ndaba battled with depression for years and when she decided to speak about her struggles, a lot of people mocked her for her health challenges.  In an interview with Radio 2000, Sophie shared that she was in the deepest point of depression and had lost weight. However, she was not aware of her weight loss until people shared pictures of her transformation on social media. Then it hit her.

Sophie , who still contents with diabetes, learned to accept herself.  She is using her platform into creating awareness about diabetes in the society.
