Did You Know Rapper Proverb and Lerato Mvelase are Siblings?

Lerato Mvelase was born in Johannesburg, Soweto, South Africa on the 7th of September 1982. Lerato is a South African actress and TV presenter.

”Both my brothers have different surnames. Our oldest brother Paul and Proverb, share a dad. And me and Pro’ share a mom” Lerato said in an interview with TVSA.

Lerato shared that she and Proverb grew up apart, they only saw each other during Christmas when she went to visit him at ProVerb’s father’s house. She said that they are close and they have a relationship that has to be worked on since they didn’t grow up together.

“When we all went to jo’burg we got hold of each other and now we do lunches together, celebrate each other’s birthdays, go to the movies and our kids spend time together” she said.

ProVerb’s real name is Sidney Thapelo Thekisho and he was born on 12 April 1981 in Kimberly, Northern Cape, South Africa. He is a South African Rapper and Tv personality.
